Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to boost engagement and achieve business objectives.
  • Support the creation and rollout of influencer marketing initiatives and creative projects.
  • Source and onboard key opinion leaders and influencers in Brazil via platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Facebook Gaming, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Secure agreements and finalize partnerships with chosen influencers.
  • Help formulate strategies for acquiring and retaining streamers.
  • Oversee budgets for partner acquisition and audience conversion.

Qualifications

  • Relevant background in the iGaming sector, focusing on casino and sportsbook operations.
  • Proficiency in English and Brazilian Portuguese, with Spanish as a beneficial addition for LATAM expansion.
  • Robust analytical abilities and numerical aptitude, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Expert-level skills in Excel for monitoring metrics and computing commissions.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media environments and influencer/streamer networks.
  • Prior involvement in negotiations, partnership oversight, client support, or sales roles.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, for immediate influencer assistance.
  • Readiness for frequent domestic and international travel to events and conferences.
