Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and sourcing suitable influencers, athletes, and content creators that embody ThruDark’s values.
• Manage ongoing relationships with influencers and ambassadors, serving as the primary daily liaison.
• Facilitate interactions among influencers, their representatives, and internal departments.
• Update and maintain databases for influencers, including partnership progress, obligations, and outcomes.
• Oversee full campaign lifecycle, from briefings and product distribution to content gathering and evaluation.
• Organize gifting and seeding efforts for products, managing logistics, packaging, and subsequent actions.
• Work alongside Marketing, Social, and Creative groups to facilitate photo shoots, events, and content initiatives.
• Monitor fulfillment of influencer commitments and key performance indicators to uphold quality.
• Analyze engagement, audience reach, and content effectiveness on various platforms.
• Prepare periodic reports on campaign results to inform improvements and strategies.
• Observe competitors, rising talents, and social media developments for potential opportunities.
• Track budgets for influencer activities and provide expenditure updates.
• Coordinate with Finance for prompt payments to influencers and agencies.
• Enhance outreach procedures, tools, and processes to boost team productivity.
• Contribute to planning sessions, team meetings, and cross-departmental efforts.
