SURI, a sustainable oral care brand, seeks a Senior Influencer Executive to scale paid influencer marketing globally, supporting the team in building top-tier programs focused on gifting and campaigns to drive growth in a dynamic, high-sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agents, and stakeholders
• Identify and secure influencer talent, negotiating fees and contracts
• Manage monthly budgets, achieve revenue and spend targets to expand the influencer channel
• Scale long-term partnerships and develop an ambassador network for improved ROI
• Manage influencer-generated content for use across social media, website, and paid channels
• Brief, execute, and oversee influencer campaigns from start to finish
• Maintain influencer calendar, ensuring budgets and KPIs are achieved
• Track and report on program and talent performance, using insights to refine strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in performance-focused influencer marketing
• Strong commercial mindset with proven track record of meeting performance targets
• Ability to handle setbacks and pressure positively
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Unmatched attention to detail and organization
