Support the growth of SURI’s influencer marketing programme by managing talent relationships and running paid campaigns that drive revenue and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agents and stakeholders
- Identify, negotiate and contract influencer talent while managing monthly budgets and targets
- Scale ambassador programmes and long-term partnerships for improved ROI
- Brief, execute and oversee influencer campaigns from start to finish
- Maintain the influencer calendar and ensure KPIs and spend targets are met
- Track performance and report insights to refine programme strategy
- Manage and repurpose influencer content across social, website and paid channels
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in a performance-focused influencer marketing role
- Strong commercial mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue and spend targets
- Resilient and positive under pressure with excellent written communication skills
- Solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships
- Comfortable multitasking in fast-paced environments and adopting new systems
