Support the growth of SURI’s influencer marketing programme by managing talent relationships and running paid campaigns that drive revenue and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agents and stakeholders
  • Identify, negotiate and contract influencer talent while managing monthly budgets and targets
  • Scale ambassador programmes and long-term partnerships for improved ROI
  • Brief, execute and oversee influencer campaigns from start to finish
  • Maintain the influencer calendar and ensure KPIs and spend targets are met
  • Track performance and report insights to refine programme strategy
  • Manage and repurpose influencer content across social, website and paid channels

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a performance-focused influencer marketing role
  • Strong commercial mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue and spend targets
  • Resilient and positive under pressure with excellent written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships
  • Comfortable multitasking in fast-paced environments and adopting new systems
