Lead and scale a global influencer marketing program for a high-growth DTC pet supplement brand, integrating creator content with performance advertising across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to drive both brand awareness and direct-response results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute global influencer marketing strategy spanning macro, mid-tier, and micro creators
- Build high-volume workflows to engage 100–500+ creators monthly
- Source, recruit, brief, negotiate, and manage creator relationships end-to-end
- Develop creative briefs that produce organic and paid-ad-optimized content
- Partner with paid media teams to feed influencer assets into Meta Partnership Ads, TikTok Spark Ads, and whitelisting programs
- Establish scalable systems, reporting, automation, and AI-assisted processes
- Hire, coach, and grow an in-house influencer team
- Continuously test formats, content styles, and structures to lift performance
Qualifications
- 3–6+ years managing or scaling influencer programs in DTC, e-commerce, or CPG
- Proven track record turning influencer channels into measurable revenue drivers
- Strong experience with large creator networks and performance-driven campaigns
- Deep knowledge of Meta Partnership Ads, TikTok Spark Ads, creator whitelisting, and dark-post usage
- Excellent creative judgment for social content performance
- Ability to write clear influencer briefs and manage analytics/reporting tools
- Hands-on, organized, and systems-oriented operator comfortable in high-growth startup settings
- Experience building and leading influencer teams
