Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid campaigns across social media, search engines, and job platforms to recruit and activate service professionals.
- Design, test, and optimize landing pages and signup processes to improve conversion rates.
- Create and iterate ad creatives tailored to professional motivations like earnings and flexibility.
- Allocate marketing spend across markets based on supply needs, demand, and economic factors.
- Analyze data from signups and activations to refine targeting and channel strategies.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and analytics teams to streamline post-signup processes.
- Establish reporting dashboards tracking metrics such as cost per activated professional and time to first service.
- Forecast supply requirements and model acquisition scenarios in partnership with growth and finance teams.
Qualifications
- Experience managing large-scale budgets on platforms like Google and Meta with hands-on execution.
- Expertise in paid social and interrupt marketing channels including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in conversion optimization for landing pages and signup flows through experimentation.
- Background in supply-side acquisition for marketplaces, such as drivers or taskers (preferred).
- Strong data analysis skills to inform strategies from performance and activation metrics.
- Ability to build strategies in ambiguous environments without established playbooks.
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative generation, data analysis, and insights.
- Accountability for end-to-end outcomes including activation and revenue impact.
