Senior growth leader who sets the overall marketing strategy, channel mix, budgets, and KPIs for multiple healthcare practices while leading a team of managers and specialists across PPC, SEO and email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to create onboarding and growth roadmaps for new and existing accounts, including channel strategy, budget allocation, targets and sequencing.
  • Build playbooks, define KPIs and enforce performance standards across PPC, SEO and email channels.
  • Manage senior-level client relationships; lead strategic reviews, present results and resolve escalations.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of managers, strategists and specialists; run reviews and support hiring as the business scales.
  • Own account-level and agency-level performance definitions and storytelling around CAC, lead quality, organic traffic, email revenue and retention metrics.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards that can be confidently presented in client meetings.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years in growth or performance marketing with a mix of agency and in-house experience.
  • Direct hands-on expertise across PPC, SEO and email; built campaigns, written briefs, debugged tracking and delivered revenue-driving email programs.
  • Deep working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4; configured conversions, debugged attribution and executed data-backed bid strategies.
  • 3+ years managing teams; provides clear feedback, coaches development and protects team capacity.
  • Healthcare, wellness, beauty or aesthetic-industry experience preferred.
  • Strong client-communication skills; able to sit with senior stakeholders and translate data into clear next steps.
  • Native-level English fluency (written and verbal); short video introduction required.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-adjacent constraints and aesthetic surgical content sensitivity (nice-to-have).
  • Experience with global teams/clients and automation builds (nice-to-have).
