Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales-qualified leads with targeted content, nurture campaigns, and interaction points to boost trust and streamline sales discussions.
  • Lead quality-driven inbound demand generation, emphasizing high-intent marketing-qualified leads that advance to sales-qualified leads, while refining qualification and nurturing tactics in collaboration with sales.
  • Manage HubSpot for accurate lifecycle management, data integrity, and analytics to align marketing efforts with go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and execute the content editorial schedule, creating concise, impactful materials that convey the platform, marketplace, and results in terms relevant to buyers.
  • Collaborate with external marketing partners to define objectives for advertising, search optimization, retargeting, and creative assets, ensuring alignment with sales activities.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years in B2B marketing, preferably in climate, energy, SaaS, or marketplace sectors.
  • Advanced expertise in HubSpot for comprehensive marketing applications beyond basic emailing.
  • Knowledge of clean energy, real estate, infrastructure, or related ESG fields.
  • Background in targeting enterprise or multi-decision-maker audiences, such as in commercial real estate, infrastructure, or energy.
  • Exceptional writing skills for simplifying complex subjects with clarity and assurance.
  • Proven track record in managing content calendars and delivering materials reliably.
  • Ability to collaborate across sales, product, and executive teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to connect marketing initiatives to overall business results.
  • Preferred: Product marketing and category development experience; skill in deriving insights and stories from data; prior role in a fast-scaling startup.
