Vasion seeks a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead account-based marketing execution and deliver pipeline results across strategic verticals. The role blends hands-on campaign delivery with cross-functional collaboration to support growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of multi-touch ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) across priority verticals from targeting through pipeline contribution.
  • Build and run vertical-specific campaigns with insight into segment personas, pain points, and competitive landscape.
  • Partner with Content, Web, Design, and MOps to develop assets, landing pages, nurture programs, and audience segments while translating plans into briefs.
  • Serve as the marketing counterpart to Sales vertical PODs, aligning on account prioritization, campaign plays, and pipeline coverage.
  • Maintain target account lists with Sales PODs and RevOps using intent data and firmographic signals.
  • Own campaign calendar management for assigned verticals including planning, sequencing, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop campaign briefs covering audience, messaging, channel mix, and success criteria.
  • Build and maintain campaign dashboards to provide visibility into account engagement and pipeline influence.
  • Track ABM performance metrics and deliver insights and recommendations to the Director of Growth Marketing.

Qualifications

  • 6–8 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, with 2–3 years of hands-on ABM campaign experience.
  • Proven experience executing ABM campaigns including targeting, audience segmentation, asset coordination, and performance reporting.
  • Vertical marketing experience in Healthcare, Government, Financial Services, or Manufacturing.
  • Ability to work closely with Sales teams in a POD or aligned model and translate Sales priorities into marketing action.
  • Hands-on experience with Influ2 or similar person-based advertising platform.
  • Familiarity with a marketing automation tool, preferably Marketo.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product Marketing, MOps, Design, Content, and Sales.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Clear communicator experienced in writing briefs, presenting campaign plans, and coordinating across teams.
