Key Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline contribution targets from marketing campaigns
  • Design and run full-funnel demand generation programs across paid media, email, content, and events
  • Develop and manage lead generation, nurturing, and routing programs in HubSpot
  • Drive conversion rate optimization across the funnel stages from visitor to opportunity
  • Conduct A/B testing on campaigns, landing pages, and emails
  • Integrate and leverage AI tools and agent-based workflows to enhance campaign performance
  • Manage paid media channels as part of pipeline strategy
  • Deliver pipeline-focused campaign reporting and work with Sales on lead quality and SAL conversion

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in demand generation, performance marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of owning and hitting pipeline targets
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong HubSpot proficiency including workflows, segmentation, and reporting
  • Solid understanding of full-funnel metrics including MQL, SAL, and opportunity creation
  • Experience applying funnel data to inform campaign decisions
  • Hands-on use of AI tools or automations within marketing
  • Strong written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working directly with Sales, Creative, and Leadership teams
