Lead the transformation of member engagement at Firefly Health by developing an automated system for acquisition, retention, and growth, integrating data analytics, product features, and targeted communications to boost loyalty and revenue in a B2B2C healthcare model.

Key Responsibilities

• Design advanced email campaigns using segmentation and automated triggers for high-risk outreach and operational notifications
• Develop and monitor enrollment forecasting models, including projections and performance tracking
• Present marketing strategies in client meetings and partner with the Client Success team on engagement plans
• Integrate product and data insights, such as clinical risk scoring and app interactions, into personalized communication triggers
• Direct Open Enrollment initiatives, including employer events, attendance coordination, and production of digital and print resources
• Implement attribution models to quantify the impact of marketing efforts on key clinical and financial metrics

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Braze or comparable platforms for enhancing conversions and retention
• Adaptable mindset combining hands-on execution with professional presentation skills for stakeholders and clients
• Strong proficiency in data tools like Looker and Excel for list management and A/B testing
• Knowledge of healthcare specifics, including PHI regulations, enrollment periods, and member interaction challenges
• Ability to guide content creation for resonant digital and print materials through contractor collaboration
• Skill in analyzing product benefits to develop persuasive, tested messaging

• Annual salary range of $120,000 to $160,000
