EverService Holdings seeks a skilled Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in UI/UX and digital marketing to join its legal-focused marketing agency. Based in Mexico, this role supports U.S. operations by developing and refining web assets, landing pages, and campaigns to boost law firms’ growth through superior visual design and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed mockups for homepages, landing pages, internal pages, and special initiatives that emphasize user experience and conversion goals.
  • Implement enhancements following modern web trends, mobile layouts, and usability standards.
  • Maintain the aesthetic integrity of client websites by applying professional styling and graphics across all content.
  • Handle advanced design projects, producing precise assets that adhere to top professional criteria.
  • Diagnose and fix intricate design or layout problems to guarantee smooth performance on diverse digital channels.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing colleagues to refine visuals and meet pressing deadlines.
  • Integrate designs into WordPress using foundational HTML/CSS for viable implementation and styling.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX and digital marketing design, with agency background preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent field.
  • Robust portfolio showcasing diverse expertise in web, mobile, and digital marketing applications.
  • Advanced command of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools including Photoshop, XD, and Illustrator.
  • Solid familiarity with WordPress and knowledge of contemporary web trends and mobile designs.
  • Foundational HTML/CSS abilities and eagerness to advance in digital technologies.
  • Superior English communication skills at C1 level for effective teamwork with U.S. teams.
  • Self-driven mindset focused on exceeding standards for premium digital quality.
  • Flexible approach to adapting to shifting project demands in a dynamic setting.
  • Efficient operation in a high-pressure agency environment with adherence to tight timelines.
