Modash seeks a GTM Engineer to bridge marketing and sales gaps by owning demo call processes and launching outbound initiatives in a hybrid self-serve and sales-led model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end call qualification using the internal Leadgate AI tool, collaborating with leadership to refine prospect criteria and optimize the demo booking page for copy, design, and form fields.
  • Develop an enhanced rejection experience for non-ICP demo requests, directing users to self-serve options with improved flows, resources, AI demos, and copy to boost brand perception and self-serve revenue.
  • Oversee the cold outbound email program, starting as the agency liaison for list approvals, copy creation, strategy, and operations, then deciding on scaling approaches like in-house builds or expansions.
  • Create initiatives to engage ICP trial users who do not book sales calls, aiming to increase the conversion rate from 10% to drive higher business impact.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in outbound strategies, including tools such as Clay and Instantly, with expertise in ensuring seamless data integration with HubSpot CRM.
  • Proven track record in developing outbound programs from the ground up in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong writing skills for independent creation of website copy and email content without external support.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, autonomous decision-making, high-output delivery, and iterative improvements.
  • Eager to acquire new knowledge as needed for diverse challenges in the role.
  • Foundational understanding of marketing principles like the 4Ps and B2B buying behaviors, possibly from prior roles.
  • Experience in early-stage companies or personal ventures.
  • Familiarity with hybrid go-to-market models involving self-serve and sales-led elements.
