The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing leads the development and execution of growth strategies for practices, collaborating with the Head of Marketing to optimize onboarding, channel strategies, budgets, and KPIs across PPC, SEO, and email channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-develop growth plans for new practice onboarding and ongoing roadmaps for existing accounts, including channel mix, budget allocation, growth targets, and prioritization
  • Build playbooks, set KPIs, and ensure team accountability across PPC, SEO, and email
  • Manage senior-level client relationships, lead strategic reviews, present results, and handle escalations
  • Lead a team of managers, strategists, and specialists, providing coaching, performance reviews, and hiring recommendations
  • Define performance standards at account and agency levels, tracking metrics like CAC, lead quality, organic traffic, email revenue, and retention
  • Ensure all deliverables meet high standards suitable for presentation to practice stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years in growth or performance marketing, preferably with agency and in-house experience in healthcare or aesthetic industries
  • Hands-on expertise in PPC, SEO, and email, including campaign building, brief writing, tracking debugging, and revenue-driving email programs
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4, with experience in conversions, attribution, and data-backed bid strategies
  • 3+ years managing teams, delivering clear feedback, coaching, and development
  • Strong communication skills to engage with executives and surgeons, explaining strategies and outcomes clearly
  • Located in the Chicago Metro area
