This position emphasizes data-informed tactics, content development, and collaboration with a GTM Engineer to enhance sales pipelines, brand visibility, and revenue through multi-channel initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies in partnership with the GTM Engineer to boost pipeline and revenue growth.
- Identify and refine target audiences and ideal customer profiles to enhance campaign performance and lead quality.
- Design and optimize full-funnel demand generation programs from awareness to revenue.
- Lead AI-supported content production in various formats, ensuring brand alignment and high performance for campaigns and sales materials.
- Collaborate with product and customer teams to craft effective messaging and content.
- Manage and enhance marketing channels including website, social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Oversee marketing efforts for trade shows, focusing on pipeline generation and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance across the funnel and produce reports on marketing ROI using data and AI tools.
- Develop attribution models to evaluate channel and campaign impacts on pipeline and revenue.
- Foster sales alignment to improve lead quality, conversions, and pipeline advancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of professional marketing experience.
- Demonstrated success in accelerating pipeline growth.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing and demand generation practices.
- Proven track record in producing effective written and visual content.
