Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee website strategy and digital experience vision, managing a roadmap focused on pipeline growth.

  • Enhance demo and sales inquiry performance through ICP-based journeys, AI-driven friction identification, and structured A/B testing.
  • Optimize conversion architecture with key metrics including high-intent rates, demo growth, and website-influenced pipeline.
  • Implement AI-powered personalization tailored to industry, behavior, source, and buyer stage for dynamic content adaptation.
  • Define KPIs linking web activity to revenue outcomes and use AI for trend analysis, forecasting, and automated dashboards.
  • Ensure brand consistency and performance through AI testing and collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Optimize for semantic, AI search, and content structuring to boost visibility in traditional and emerging search engines.
  • Integrate AI into team operations for briefs, QA, reporting, and governance while mentoring the web team.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and demand generation teams to align on lead quality and execute sprints.

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years in B2B SaaS web strategy, growth, or conversion rate optimization.
  • Demonstrated track record of boosting demo and high-intent lead generation.
  • Experience managing roadmaps and prioritizing cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical abilities to correlate web metrics with pipeline results.
  • Practical expertise with AI in marketing workflows and experimentation.
  • Effective stakeholder influence, judgment, and executive presence.
  • Digital product general manager mindset with a focus on high-intent growth.
  • Data-driven, hypothesis-led approach that is AI-forward and operationally disciplined.
  • Structured prioritization skills, including the ability to decline non-essential requests.
