ATAK Interactive seeks a Senior Marketing Strategist to craft and direct comprehensive full-funnel growth plans for B2B clients, emphasizing AI’s influence on buyer discovery and decision-making. This mid-senior position focuses on strategic oversight, spanning brand positioning, funnel design, campaign alignment, and outcome tracking, while integrating SEO, AEO, paid media, content, branding, and lead generation to deliver tangible pipeline and revenue impacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client marketing strategies by owning integrated plans from assessment to optimization across accounts
- Develop go-to-market and lead generation frameworks that synchronize messaging, targeting, channels, and buyer paths
- Act as primary strategist in client interactions, converting data into actionable executive insights and sustained growth advice
- Facilitate workshops linking marketing results to business goals beyond basic traffic indicators
- Create cross-channel demand generation approaches combining organic reach, paid efforts, and content aligned with buyer stages
- Collaborate with paid media teams to unify search, social, and retargeting into cohesive systems
- Direct testing, optimization, and measurement to tie creative, landing pages, and channel activities into growth stories
- Optimize lead funnels for awareness to conversion on platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and AI tools
- Enhance visibility in search and AI environments via strategies for Google SGE, ChatGPT, and others
- Apply SEO practices such as semantic optimization, entities, and structured data into overall content plans
- Establish reporting for KPIs like MQLs, CAC, ROAS, plus AI metrics including inclusion rates and entity strength
- Anticipate search and AI trends, adapting them into executable client strategies
- Partner with SEO, paid media, and content teams for cohesive roadmaps
- Assist specialists in advancing strategic perspectives over mere implementation
- Assess and incorporate new tools, automations, and data for better client results
Qualifications
- Proven marketing strategist skilled in identifying growth issues, formulating solutions, and articulating plans to clients and teams
- Channel knowledge enhances strategy without limiting it
- Minimum 1 year agency experience
- 5+ years in marketing strategy, preferably agency or consulting
- Experience leading multi-channel projects beyond single-channel optimization
- Proficiency in full marketing suite: demand gen, full-funnel lead strategies, paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), content and brand strategy, analytics (GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio, Databox)
- Substantial SEO and AEO background, covering organic visibility, structured data, entity optimization, and AI discovery integration
- B2B client work with focus on pipeline, MQLs, and marketing-sales alignment
- Strong communication for client sessions and executive summaries
- Bonus: AI tool usage in workflows, AEO/GEO knowledge, agency multi-client management, HubSpot or Salesforce strategy experience
