Pepper, a dynamic DTC intimate apparel brand empowering small-chested women, seeks a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead the full-funnel acquisition strategy, scaling profitable customer growth across paid channels while focusing on high-LTV segments to propel the company forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across channels like Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, and emerging platforms to achieve scalable new customer acquisition
  • Manage full-funnel campaigns including targeting, creative development, bidding, and optimization
  • Oversee media buyers or agencies with clear performance metrics and ROI accountability
  • Handle daily media mix to meet traffic, customer, LTV:CAC, and ROI goals
  • Utilize attribution tools for optimization and media portfolio analysis
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and segments to enhance efficiency
  • Create ad concepts based on insights and best practices
  • Collaborate with teams in retention, brand, inventory, eCommerce, and creative for aligned initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports to leadership
  • Partner with SVP to manage digital P&L, budgets, and reporting
  • Monitor trends, platforms, and strategies for innovative opportunities

Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years in digital marketing at high-growth DTC eCommerce brands, thriving in lean, fast-paced settings
  • Proven success in scaling profitable acquisition and LTV, with marketing analytics experience preferred
  • Track record in growth marketing with hands-on expertise in Meta, TikTok, Google SEM/SEO, YouTube, OTT, display, and programmatic
  • Strong analytical skills using Northbeam, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, A/B tools, and Power BI for data-driven decisions
  • Ability to define strategic vision and KPIs
  • Self-starter comfortable in remote, fast-paced environments, hands-on execution
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with qualitative and quantitative focus
  • Experience delivering complex, high-impact projects involving tech, cross-departmental work, and visibility
  • Clear communicator simplifying complex ideas and setting timelines
  • Creative problem-solver prioritizing impact in ambiguous situations
  • Strong organizational skills for managing complexity in startups
