Senior hands-on Growth and Performance Marketing role focused on driving qualified pipeline and self-serve growth through SEO/AEO, paid acquisition, conversion optimisation, and experimentation within a small SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end growth strategy across SEO/AEO, paid acquisition, lifecycle, and CRO
- Build and maintain growth models linking traffic to activation to revenue
- Lead technical SEO, content SEO, AEO, and bring outsourced SEO in-house
- Own paid strategy and execution across search, paid social, software review sites, and retargeting
- Manage budgets, CAC, and ROAS with commercial discipline and analyse ROAS/payback
- Run CRO programs including A/B tests on landing pages, signup flows, and onboarding
- Own growth reporting, dashboards, and core metrics tracking such as CAC, LTV, payback, and funnel conversion
- Use AI tools daily for research, copy, analysis, experimentation, and workflow automation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product, Design, Sales, and founders on campaigns and experiments
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Performance Marketing/Growth roles within B2B SaaS
- Direct ownership of acquisition funnels from traffic to activation to revenue
- Hands-on experience with SEO, AEO, paid acquisition, and accountability for CAC and pipeline impact
- Proven track record scaling organic growth through technical SEO, content SEO, landing pages, and programmatic SEO
- Strong paid media experience across Google Search and LinkedIn Ads including campaign structure, keyword strategy, budget ownership, and conversion tracking
- Experience running CRO programs with A/B testing to improve trial activation and trial-to-paid conversion
- Strong analytical skills with tools such as Amplitude, Segment, GA4, or HubSpot
- Ability to connect acquisition data to activation, retention, revenue outcomes, and analyse customer segments
- Daily active user of AI tools for keyword research, ad variants, funnel analysis, and experimentation
- Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor in a small team with ambiguity
