Key Responsibilities
- Engineer acquisition loops by building compounding, community-led flywheels via homeschool co-ops, education pods, and micro-influencers.

- Instrument funnels, establish feedback loops, and perform precise analysis of cohort and retention curves.
- Own the onboarding funnel to achieve a 500-account target and support further scaling.
Qualifications
- Academic background from a premier institution such as Stanford, Harvard, Wharton, or MIT Sloan.
- 3–6 years of experience in consumer growth or GTM operations at a high-growth company like Duolingo, Chime, or ClassDojo.
- Expertise in funnel analysis and cohort modeling with a data-centric approach.
- Strong field orientation, valuing in-person interactions and ground-level work at events and home visits.
