Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement subscription growth plans centered on acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee the full subscription lifecycle, including activation, onboarding, conversion, retention, and growth.
- Direct lifecycle marketing through channels like in-app messages, email, push notifications, and others.
- Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to synchronize growth efforts with product plans and customer requirements.
- Evaluate customer data and metrics to pinpoint growth opportunities and enhancements.
- Spearhead targeted campaigns to elevate subscription conversions.
- Guide pricing and packaging to optimize revenue and satisfaction.
- Track industry trends in SaaS, subscriptions, and smart home tech, applying insights to strategies.
- Oversee partnerships to broaden subscription adoption.
- Establish, monitor, and report key metrics such as conversion rates, churn, ARPU, LTV, and cohort analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years in subscription growth or SaaS marketing, preferably in tech, mobile, or hardware sectors.
- Demonstrated success in advancing subscriptions via onboarding improvements, lifecycle interactions, and conversion efforts.
- Robust analytical abilities with practical use of data for testing and decisions.
- Capacity to derive insights from incomplete or evolving data across devices, apps, and systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep knowledge of subscription models and software value progression.
