Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years in growth, lifecycle, or mobile app marketing
  • Background in freemium or subscription products
  • Proven success in turning existing users into paid subscribers
  • Experience with mobile apps or digital platforms
  • Strong skills in lifecycle marketing, user segmentation, and retention
  • Hands-on with in-app messaging, push notifications, and email campaigns
  • Ability to drive growth in high-volume user settings
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and analytics teams
  • Analytical approach using data for decisions
  • Preferred: Familiarity with platforms like Braze, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, Iterable, or Customer.io
  • Preferred: Expertise in A/B testing and experimentation
