The Growth Marketing Manager will spearhead subscription growth initiatives for TP-Link’s mobile apps, focusing on converting free users to paid subscribers through in-app lifecycle marketing, user segmentation, and data-driven optimizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy for converting freemium users to paid across mobile applications
- Create and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns using in-app messages, push notifications, and emails
- Develop user segmentation based on behavior, device usage, and engagement
- Enhance onboarding processes, upgrade prompts, and paywall communications to boost conversions
- Conduct experiments to elevate trial activations, conversions, retention rates, and lifetime value
- Examine user paths to pinpoint and address funnel drop-offs
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to deploy and expand growth efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or mobile app growth
- Background with freemium or subscription products
- Proven success in turning existing users into paid subscribers
- Experience with mobile apps or digital platforms
- Ability to achieve quantifiable growth results
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and analytics tools like Braze, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, Iterable, or Customer.io
- Skills in A/B testing and experimentation
- Comfort with cross-functional partnerships involving product, engineering, and analytics
- Analytical approach using data for decision-making
