Block LLP is hiring a Marketing Manager to spearhead and expand marketing initiatives in digital platforms, brand promotions, and client acquisition tactics, fostering organizational growth through team leadership and performance optimization across the marketing pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand presence and boost case leads
- Direct campaign rollout in paid advertising, SEO, social platforms, and web assets
- Maintain uniform messaging and brand consistency throughout all channels
- Integrate AI technologies like Claude or OpenAI to streamline campaign creation, content generation, and operational processes
- Design and refine marketing infrastructures, automation setups, and workflow efficiencies
- Oversee and mentor a multidisciplinary team covering paid media, web development, design, and social engagement
- Establish goals, offer guidance, and enforce responsibility in campaign execution
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators including lead generation, cost efficiency, conversion metrics, and return on investment
- Spot enhancement areas and apply analytics-based adjustments
- Supervise testing programs, conversion rate optimization efforts, and site enhancement projects
- Refine the end-to-end customer experience from awareness to conversion
- Coordinate with outside vendors, agencies, and partners
- Verify that all outputs meet strategic objectives, schedules, and quality benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent discipline
- At least 5 years in marketing or digital marketing roles, including supervisory experience
- Demonstrated success in crafting and leading effective marketing initiatives
- Deep knowledge of digital channels such as paid ads, SEO, social media, web, and design
- Background in leading diverse teams and handling intricate projects
- Analytical approach with skills in metric evaluation and ROI enhancement
