Join Workable’s marketing team as a Growth Marketing Manager, driving demand generation and lifecycle marketing strategies for a leading B2B HR software platform to fuel business expansion and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead demand generation programs across channels like email, nurture sequences, and webinars to produce qualified leads.
  • Provide strategic guidance and execution for industry-specific verticals, monitoring market trends and landscapes.
  • Own and optimize lifecycle marketing workflows, including lead nurturing, post-conversion journeys, onboarding, and upsell/expansion campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations to measure, report, and optimize demand generation performance for pipeline impact.
  • Build and scale industry/vertical segmentation for targeted campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Run account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to support vertical-specific growth.
  • Write compelling content for demand generation and lifecycle marketing, such as emails, nurture materials, and webinar scripts.
  • Conduct market research and deliver reports and insights to Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Guide cross-functional initiatives, partnering with Sales on ideal customer profiles, segmentation, and pipeline objectives, without direct team management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in demand generation at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience developing and leading demand generation programs across email, nurture sequences, and webinars.
  • Proven ability to own and optimize lifecycle marketing workflows, including lead nurturing, post-conversion journeys, onboarding touchpoints, and upsell/expansion campaigns.
  • Experience building and scaling industry/vertical segmentation for campaigns.
  • Ability to measure and report on demand generation performance, including MQL-to-SQL conversion and pipeline impact.
  • Experience partnering with Sales on ICP/segmentation and pipeline goals.
  • Ability to conduct market research and deliver written reports/insights to Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% for conferences and events.
  • Able to work a fixed hybrid schedule with 4 days in-office and Wednesdays work-from-home.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce for CRM and reporting (preferred).
  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot for email marketing and marketing operations (preferred).
