Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage paid media strategies focused on customer acquisition and cost efficiency across channels and markets
  • Oversee paid media budgets, optimizing allocations based on real-time performance data
  • Direct the paid media team and external agencies with defined objectives and KPIs
  • Enhance SEO as a key organic channel to support acquisition efforts
  • Design and implement comprehensive CRM strategies including segmentation, lifecycle management, loyalty programs, and multi-channel communications

Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of experience in growth, e-commerce, or performance marketing with direct revenue and P&L accountability
  • Demonstrated expertise in full-funnel management including paid acquisition, conversion optimization, and CRM
  • Essential experience handling e-commerce P&L, including margins, returns, and fulfillment costs
  • Advanced analytical skills for building models, dashboard management, and data-informed decisions
  • Proficiency in modern martech tools and active application of AI for operational efficiency
  • Preference for Southeast Asia market knowledge and background in consumer or fashion sectors
  • Ability to view the full funnel holistically and make swift reallocation decisions based on performance
  • Skill in creating dynamic, transparent forecasts while proactively identifying risks
