Lead acquisition and retention marketing strategy for Wifinity’s B2C connectivity services, driving revenue growth across Armed Forces, student, and other residential audiences through integrated multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end marketing strategy, planning and delivery for Armed Forces sector and smaller segments including Student Accommodation and MDU.
- Develop data-driven marketing plans that meet revenue targets and optimise the customer journey for improved conversion, engagement and retention.
- Design and deliver integrated campaigns from ideation through to execution and performance reporting across offline, events and digital channels.
- Identify and pursue new routes to market, partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
- Build and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders and defence partners; manage communications for Ministry of Defence sites and attend relevant events and site visits.
- Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager on paid channels, content and surveys, and coordinate with the Creative Manager on campaign assets.
- Work with the Marketing Executive to develop site-specific printed materials and deliver field marketing.
- Track, analyse and report campaign performance while managing budgets effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field, or CIM qualification.
- Proven senior marketing experience with full ownership of strategy and end-to-end multi-channel campaign delivery.
- Strong B2C track record in acquisition and retention campaigns within complex environments.
- Experience mapping customer journeys and using data/insights, including surveys, to drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to develop targeted marketing activity and align audiences with appropriate go-to-market channels.
- Skilled stakeholder manager comfortable influencing across seniorities and building trusted relationships.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and deliver results in fast-paced settings.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
