Lead acquisition and retention marketing strategy for Wifinity’s B2C connectivity services, driving revenue growth across Armed Forces, student, and other residential audiences through integrated multi-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute end-to-end marketing strategy, planning and delivery for Armed Forces sector and smaller segments including Student Accommodation and MDU.
  • Develop data-driven marketing plans that meet revenue targets and optimise the customer journey for improved conversion, engagement and retention.
  • Design and deliver integrated campaigns from ideation through to execution and performance reporting across offline, events and digital channels.
  • Identify and pursue new routes to market, partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Build and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders and defence partners; manage communications for Ministry of Defence sites and attend relevant events and site visits.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager on paid channels, content and surveys, and coordinate with the Creative Manager on campaign assets.
  • Work with the Marketing Executive to develop site-specific printed materials and deliver field marketing.
  • Track, analyse and report campaign performance while managing budgets effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field, or CIM qualification.
  • Proven senior marketing experience with full ownership of strategy and end-to-end multi-channel campaign delivery.
  • Strong B2C track record in acquisition and retention campaigns within complex environments.
  • Experience mapping customer journeys and using data/insights, including surveys, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop targeted marketing activity and align audiences with appropriate go-to-market channels.
  • Skilled stakeholder manager comfortable influencing across seniorities and building trusted relationships.
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and deliver results in fast-paced settings.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Innovative, adaptable mindset with strong planning, prioritisation and organisational capabilities.
