Key Responsibilities

  • Own the UK growth plan day-to-day and set local priorities accountable for installs, bookings and retention.
  • Run UK campaigns end-to-end, adapting global brand and acquisition work to local audiences and delivering results.
  • Provide on-the-ground insight that shapes city-level growth plans and feeds back to sharpen the global strategy.
  • Coordinate between Australia-based brand, acquisition and lifecycle leaders and UK operations so global strategy lands locally.
  • Stand up and run the flyering and field programme, hiring, training and leading brand ambassadors.
  • Identify and execute lean, unconventional activations including pop-ups, partnerships, community tie-ins and stunts.
  • Partner with UK Sales in person to align marketing timing with restaurant onboarding.
  • Manage the local marketing budget and oversee agencies, media and partners.
  • Source and deliver local events, sponsorships and partnerships only identifiable from market presence.
  • Track performance by city, channel and activation, report clearly and double down on what works.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in marketing with a proven track record owning growth and running campaigns end-to-end.
  • Hands-on field, activation or local-growth experience; comfortable building plans and executing street-level activity.
  • Background in consumer tech, marketplaces, hospitality, food & beverage or fast-growth categories.
  • Self-starter comfortable operating without a large local team and across time zones with a remote head office.
  • Data-literate with a bias for action and able to measure and optimise real-world results.
  • Confident representing the brand publicly to restaurant partners, agencies and local stakeholders.
  • Hands-on people manager ready to hire, motivate and grow field teams over time.
  • Based in London with the right to work in the UK and willing to travel across UK markets.
