Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives to attract, nurture, and convert leads for SWTCH, an innovative provider of EV charging solutions, driving scalable programs that fuel revenue expansion in a hybrid role based in Toronto with travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated campaigns across digital, content, email, social, webinars, and events to produce qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify customer profiles, create engagement strategies, and deploy lead scoring plus nurture sequences for better conversions.
  • Leverage Salesforce Marketing Automation for efficient lead handling, personalized email campaigns, and segmentation.
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics with analytics tools to optimize performance, enhance ROI, and inform strategic adjustments.
  • Manage the full event lifecycle, from trade shows to hosted gatherings, ensuring alignment with business goals and strong brand presence across North America.
  • Partner with communications team to create funnel-specific content like blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and infographics.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years in demand generation, digital, or growth marketing, preferably in B2B tech, cleantech, or sustainability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success in creating marketing initiatives that boost pipeline and revenue.
  • Excellent communication abilities for developing engaging content and messages.
  • Expertise in tools like Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and digital channels including email, social, and paid ads.
  • Experience in event planning and management; tradeshow background advantageous.
  • Proficiency with AI tools for project efficiency.
  • Data analytical skills to derive actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills for handling multiple tasks in dynamic settings.
  • Self-motivated performer in remote team environments.
  • Familiarity with EV, charging, or sustainable energy sectors preferred.
