Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the crypto marketing strategy for Australia, covering discovery, acquisition, activation, and sustained engagement.
- Optimize growth funnels including onboarding, verification, and trading initiation in collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Direct acquisition efforts via paid, organic, and partnership channels, prioritizing sustainable expansion and converting insights into effective campaigns.
- Establish performance metrics, attribution systems, and KPIs for the Australian market, advancing growth via SEO, content, referrals, partnerships, and community efforts.
- Manage user activation, ongoing utilization, and first-trade conversions, employing data-driven experiments to enhance engagement and retention.

Qualifications
