The Product Marketing Manager role involves leading the full marketing strategy for Quidget, an AI-powered SaaS platform for automating customer support, to achieve product-led growth by executing experiments, optimizing user funnels, and leveraging data analytics across the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute growth experiments including A/B testing, onboarding processes, and content modifications
- Enhance conversion rates from trials to paid subscriptions through improved user experience, calls-to-action, and in-app prompts
- Identify funnel inefficiencies using analytics platforms like PostHog, GA4, Clarity, and internal product metrics
- Manage key conversion pages such as pricing, signup, and landing pages
- Conduct and evaluate paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google Search to assess cost per lead and return on investment
- Collaborate with organic marketing efforts to generate quality leads via SEO, content development, articles, and inbound tactics
- Develop and refine email marketing sequences to boost user retention and activation
- Partner with product, design, and marketing teams to enable rapid implementation
- Deliver weekly data-focused growth updates
- Demonstrate proactive initiative and challenge unverified assumptions
Qualifications
- At least 3 years in growth or marketing within product-led growth, SaaS, or startup settings
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency (B2+)
- Expertise with growth and analytics software like PostHog, GA4, HubSpot, Make.com, or equivalents
- Direct involvement in conducting experiments related to user experience, pricing, messaging, calls-to-action, onboarding, or funnel optimization
- Action-focused, iterative approach prioritizing implementation, testing, and refinement over extensive planning
- Track record of investigating and confirming new growth avenues such as LinkedIn engagement, AI/search enhancements, or novel acquisition methods
- Background in automating marketing processes and workflows with AI and low-code platforms
- Excellent communication abilities for crafting concise user interface text and conveying experiment findings
- Ease with low-code platforms and simple HTML/CSS edits
- Knowledge of creating email sequences with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
- Practical skills in organic lead generation through SEO, content production, articles, and inbound approaches
- Competence in initiating and refining ad campaigns on Google Search, LinkedIn, or Meta
- Familiarity with AI technologies, chatbots, or customer experience systems as an advantage
- Strong sense of ownership and independence to establish priorities, tasks, KPIs, and accountability for results
