Senior-level freelance strategist responsible for owning end-to-end marketing across a fast-growing D2C pet brand, aligning creative, paid, organic and CRO efforts into a single high-performance system while working directly with the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full marketing strategy bridging creative, paid ads, organic and CRO
- Streamline the ad creative process from brief to launch and coordinate across creators, editors, CRO, organic and paid teams
- Lead and set direction for the marketing team, manage performance and raise standards
- Make strategic marketing decisions alongside the CEO and Marketing Executives
- Test messaging angles, define the target audience and turn insights into action
- Analyze ad performance, extract actionable takeaways and stay ahead of creative trends and competitor activity
- Build and maintain dynamic tracking and performance systems
- Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and touchpoints
