Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full marketing strategy bridging creative, paid ads, organic and CRO
  • Streamline the ad creative process from brief to launch and coordinate across creators, editors, CRO, organic and paid teams
  • Lead and set direction for the marketing team, manage performance and raise standards
