Lead the development and implementation of data-driven growth strategies to enhance user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue through multi-channel campaigns and continuous experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement growth strategies in line with organizational goals, managing lifecycle marketing across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue stages
- Plan and oversee multi-channel campaigns including SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and content, while conducting research on markets, audiences, and competitors
- Set campaign objectives, budgets, and benchmarks; monitor and refine performance to maximize ROI, identifying opportunities across marketing, product, and sales channels
- Create and distribute high-quality content for blogs, landing pages, emails, and social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and customer journey
- Design and execute A/B tests on ads, pages, and funnels; optimize paid channels like Google Ads and Meta Ads, and manage SEO strategies including keyword research
- Track key metrics such as traffic, conversions, CAC, LTV, and ROI using analytics tools; implement tracking systems and provide optimization recommendations
- Collaborate with product, sales, design, and engineering teams to align initiatives with business priorities, present insights, and share best practices
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years in growth, performance, or digital marketing with proven results in driving measurable outcomes and handling multiple channels
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social, content, and email marketing, particularly in B2B contexts with audience segmentation and strong copywriting skills
- Proficiency in analytics platforms like Google Analytics and HubSpot, data analysis, A/B testing, and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Excellent English communication skills, analytical mindset, results-driven approach, and ability to work remotely with time zone flexibility
- Preferred: 5+ years experience, SaaS or tech sector background, community-led growth, advanced SEO, startup experience, or team leadership
- Required tools: HubSpot or similar for automation, Google Analytics and GTM for tracking, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, WordPress CMS, Mailchimp for email, Canva for design, Slack and Asana for collaboration
- Preferred tools: GA4, Mixpanel for analytics, Optimizely for testing, Ahrefs for SEO, Webflow for landing pages
