Growth-focused role focused on designing experiments, optimizing acquisition and retention funnels, and using data to scale user growth for a gig-economy platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute growth experiments across paid, organic, email, and referral channels
- Analyze acquisition funnels and identify conversion drop-off points
- Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and user flows to improve conversion rates
- Manage referral programs and virality loops
- Coordinate growth initiatives with content, social, and paid teams
- Build dashboards to track CAC, LTV, retention, and activation metrics
- Report results and scale successful experiments
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with Google Analytics, Excel, or similar tools
- Curiosity and test-and-learn mindset
- Familiarity with A/B testing and basic funnel analysis
- Experience with marketing tools such as email platforms, ad dashboards, or CRMs
- Self-managed with a results-oriented approach
