We are looking for a skilled Growth Marketer to lead outbound sales initiatives, including lead qualification and product demonstrations, to build a strong sales pipeline in a dynamic, full-funnel environment at a rapidly expanding SaaS firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cold outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Identify and qualify leads aligned with target customer profiles
- Conduct product demos that clearly communicate value and drive conversion
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Optimize outreach sequences, A/B test messaging, and improve response rates
- Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve conversion metrics
- Contribute to growth strategy, including ICP refinement and go-to-market initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing and outbound sales roles
- Proven experience running cold outreach campaigns and booking meetings
- Strong experience delivering product demos or sales presentations
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle objections and guide prospects through the sales funnel
- Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing campaigns
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments preferred
