Lead the marketing function for a fleet management SaaS company by setting strategy, executing campaigns, and developing two direct reports to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and go-to-market success across North America and the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set overall marketing strategy and actively participate in execution with the team.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Digital & Growth Marketing Specialist and Marketing & Research Specialist.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market activities for product launches in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Build and optimize a full-funnel demand-generation engine that supports a sales-led motion.
  • Own and maintain consistent brand voice across web, email, LinkedIn, sales collateral, and events.
  • Analyze competitive intelligence, GA4, and CRM data to make rapid, informed decisions and adjust campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years B2B marketing experience with emphasis on campaign development and execution; SaaS, fleet tech, or logistics background preferred.
  • Proven success leading go-to-market strategy and product launches in a sales-led environment.
  • Previous people-management experience with direct feedback, clear expectations, and talent development.
  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot marketing automation and GA4, including workflows, pipelines, and team training.
  • Experience managing paid media channels such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email nurture.
  • Strong ability to translate technical features into compelling value propositions for non-technical buyers.
  • Solid marketing analytics skills including attribution modeling, funnel tracking, and data-driven decision making.
  • Eligible to work in Canada and available for occasional travel to Ontario (3–4 times per year).
