Results-driven Growth Marketing Manager role responsible for accelerating pipeline and revenue through demand generation, digital optimization, and go-to-market execution targeting enterprise and mid-market supply chain buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth campaigns to generate qualified pipeline for supply chain software and services
  • Partner with sales on account-based marketing campaigns targeting key accounts
  • Manage and optimize digital channels including paid search, display, email, and SEO
  • Apply AI-powered tools to enhance campaign performance, targeting, and lead nurturing
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-impact assets
  • Build dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimization across landing pages, messaging, and conversion paths
  • Leverage customer insights to refine positioning and messaging
  • Support industry events, partner activities, and tradeshows as needed

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and/or performance marketing within B2B technology
  • Proven track record of achieving 20%+ YoY growth in qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue
  • Experience marketing complex, high-value solutions with long sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and pipeline generation strategies
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with CRM, AI-powered tools, and marketing automation platforms
  • Supply chain or software marketing experience preferred
