Key Responsibilities
- Produce marketing materials including social graphics, campaign visuals, email creatives, presentation decks, infographics, digital ads, and short videos
- Write and edit copy for blogs, case studies, social posts, emails, web pages, and sales materials
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely planning, production, and publication
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all channels
- Identify gaps in content and propose ideas aligned with business objectives
- Utilize AI tools and efficient workflows for high-quality output
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns from inception to reporting
- Develop ad copy and assets for paid channels like Meta, handle setup and monitoring
- Analyze campaign performance and generate impact reports
- Manage 50% of organic social media on LinkedIn and similar platforms, including planning, scheduling, engagement, and reporting
- Update CMS content, build landing pages, and collaborate with web agencies
- Provide content and creative support for events and broader marketing initiatives
- Contribute to testing new propositions through campaigns and content
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in B2B marketing with hands-on experience in content, creative, and campaign delivery
- Portfolio showcasing writing and design work with proven impact
- End-to-end campaign planning and execution experience
- Skills in paid social, website management, and events
- Strong copywriting skills across various formats
- Proficiency in Canva and Figma for daily use
- Intermediate knowledge of Meta paid ad campaigns, including setup and reporting
- Understanding of campaign planning elements like objectives, audience, and measurement
- Creative design sensibility and commercial acumen
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads Manager, Semrush, and basic reporting
- Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation
- Experience with CMS like WordPress for content management
- Preferred: Degree in Marketing or CIM Level 6 Diploma; related degrees with strong portfolio also considered
