The Demand Generation Manager will lead the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing initiatives to create sales-qualified opportunities throughout the customer journey, focusing on both targeted account-based efforts and broader campaigns while integrating strategy, technology, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns to generate sales-qualified opportunities across the marketing funnel
  • Create personalized 1:few programs, including email sequences, webinars, and paid advertising, to enhance brand visibility and pipeline in key accounts
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation Lead on larger-scale 1:many initiatives
  • Utilize tools like HubSpot, 6sense, and Salesforce to segment audiences, conduct tests, and refine campaigns for better conversion rates
  • Deliver performance reports on campaigns and meet targets for pipeline generation and sales-qualified opportunities
  • Partner across teams including Sales, Content, and Product Marketing to align on strategies and goals

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing with proven results in pipeline and opportunity creation
  • Practical expertise in HubSpot, 6sense, and Salesforce
  • Background in developing and running scaled 1:many programs like email nurtures, webinars, and paid efforts, plus 1:few targeted account strategies
  • Advanced analytical abilities to construct reports, analyze funnel data, and optimize based on insights
  • Strong teamwork skills, especially with Sales on account lists, opportunity criteria, and iterative feedback
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, audience grouping, and multi-touch attribution in SaaS or tech environments
  • Flexibility to work across U.S. and European time zones for a distributed global team
