Own the end-to-end demand generation engine for an early-stage biometric authentication startup, driving pipeline across paid, outbound, community, and field channels while reporting directly to the founder/CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns, primarily LinkedIn Ads with a monthly budget of up to $5K, including creative testing, audience refinement, and bidding strategy adjustments.
- Continuously refine ICP and audience segmentation using firmographic and persona data to improve targeting and conversion.
- Design, launch, and iterate multi-channel outbound sequences via LinkedIn and email platforms, owning cadence creation, messaging, and reply management.
- Build and manage an owned professional community, driving member growth, engagement, and content loops that support pipeline.
- Lead end-to-end field marketing efforts including pre-event outreach, booth operations, collateral, on-site scheduling, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
- Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate campaign copy, ad creative, sequence content, and workflow automation.
- Track and report on top-of-funnel metrics including MQLs, engagement rates, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution by channel.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of growth marketing or demand generation experience at a B2B startup with exposure to multiple growth channels.
- Hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns with ownership of budget allocation, creative testing, and pipeline-focused optimization.
- Proven ability to build and manage outbound prospecting sequences on at least one major platform.
- Daily proficiency using GenAI tools for content creation and process automation.
- Strong data literacy: ability to independently pull reports, identify trends, and iterate based on performance insights.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on strategic messaging.
- Willingness to travel for industry events.
