Seeking a hands-on Growth & Digital Performance Manager to lead digital pipeline growth, manage paid media performance, and optimise website conversions within a lean marketing team focused on B2B SaaS enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and relevant B2B channels including budget allocation and optimisation for lead quality and ROI
- Execute A/B testing on ad creative, messaging, targeting, and landing pages
- Support content syndication, partner programmes, retargeting, and audience nurture campaigns
- Own website conversion performance and demo journeys while identifying opportunities to improve engagement and lead capture
- Build and optimise landing pages for campaigns and perform user behaviour analysis to lift conversion rates
- Support always-on demand generation execution and collaborate on campaign launches, webinar promotion, and ABM initiatives
- Track and report key funnel metrics covering traffic, leads, demos and conversions while providing actionable optimisation insights
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Proven experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of conversion optimisation and digital funnel performance
- Experience building and optimising landing pages
- Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Strong comfort with campaign analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing experience preferred
