The Demand Generation Manager will plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel B2B campaigns that build qualified pipeline and revenue for the ORDR cybersecurity platform, working closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Channel teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and run integrated demand generation campaigns across email, webinars, paid media, content syndication, nurture, and ABM to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Partner with Sales and SDR teams to align programs with target accounts and sales priorities.
  • Execute and manage campaigns in Marketo, including segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing, and reporting while ensuring accurate routing and attribution in Salesforce.
  • Build and refine automated nurture programs to improve engagement and progression through the buyer journey.
  • Support ABM initiatives for strategic healthcare and enterprise accounts; collaborate with channel and technology partners on co-marketing programs.
  • Track and report campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI; provide insights to leadership and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate pre-event, onsite, and post-event demand activities for webinars, conferences, trade shows, and executive events.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience with proven pipeline results.
  • Hands-on expertise with Marketo or HubSpot for campaign execution, segmentation, nurturing, and reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing attribution reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing, webinars, paid media, digital campaigns, and lead lifecycle management.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
  • Preferred: background in cybersecurity, healthcare tech, or enterprise software; experience with ABM, partner/channel marketing, and targeting healthcare or large enterprise accounts.
