This position focuses on constructing and operating a robust content and growth system to accelerate social media presence from 150,000 to over 1 million followers across platforms by leveraging content creation, AI integration, organic social efforts, and paid campaigns, emphasizing execution over strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive follower expansion on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms like Telegram
- Boost engagement through comments, shares, saves, and direct messages on a daily basis
- Generate high-volume content including short-form videos, clips, carousels, hooks, captions, and variations from single ideas
- Optimize profiles with updated bios, links, and pinned posts
- Execute paid advertising to amplify successful content
- Engage actively with the community and respond promptly to interactions
- Utilize AI tools for scripting, editing, repurposing, and scaling content production
- Conduct ongoing tests on hooks, formats, styles, and platform-specific adaptations
- Participate in 1-2 monthly travel trips for content shoots, events, and on-site creation
- Monitor and correct any stagnation in growth metrics weekly
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in expanding social media accounts with verifiable results
- Proficiency in creating short-form videos and other content formats
- Ability to produce substantial volumes of quality content efficiently
- Familiarity with AI applications in content scripting, editing, and scaling
- Knowledge of current social media algorithms, trends, and platform best practices
- Experience running paid advertisements, preferably
- Excellent English communication abilities
- Proactive mindset for testing, improving content, and audience interaction without cross-posting lazily

- Base salary of $1,250 per month for the initial 90 days, increasing to $1,500 per month thereafter
