Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily execution of marketing campaigns in email, paid media, content, and events, collaborating with agencies
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance sales and marketing technology stack including CRM, automation, analytics, LLMs, and AI tools
  • Serve as liaison between internal teams and agency partners, compiling briefs, consulting experts, and preparing campaign materials
  • Identify automation opportunities for sales and marketing processes using AI and no-code/low-code platforms
  • Construct Ripjar’s knowledge graph and acquire new marketing and operational competencies
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to performance metrics, owning sales and marketing KPIs and data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with agencies to refine brand voice and content for website, social media, and sales materials
  • Explore and integrate emerging AI-powered marketing tools into team processes

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in marketing, growth, or operations roles, or technical positions with substantial marketing involvement
  • Interest or background in software engineering, systems thinking, or technical problem-solving
  • Proficiency in marketing technologies like CRM, automation, analytics, and paid platforms, with quick learning ability
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into workflows
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, SQL, and APIs
  • Excellent stakeholder management for diplomatic coordination and campaign progression
  • Decisive action-oriented approach with clear communication amid uncertainty
  • Strong written skills for concise briefs, copy, and emails
  • Experience executing Marketo campaigns
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, fintech, regtech, or technical sectors (preferred)
  • Agency relationship management (preferred)
  • Account-based marketing (ABM) experience (preferred)
  • Coding or scripting in Python, JavaScript (preferred, even hobbyist)
  • Startup or scale-up experience with resourcefulness (preferred)
  • Comfort with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker, ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity, Zapier/Make/Notion/Airtable, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
