Lead the development and execution of integrated global ABX marketing campaigns targeting industry verticals like Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Power, while partnering with sales to boost engagement, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ABM/ABX strategies aligned with business goals and focused on key industry verticals.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts using data analytics and market research insights.
  • Design and deliver personalized multi-channel campaigns to stakeholders for improved engagement and conversions.
  • Organize and host webinars to engage prospect accounts.
  • Partner with sales teams to address account needs and support the sales process.
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics like engagement, leads, and pipeline effects to optimize efforts.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and digital teams for consistent messaging and branding.
  • Employ marketing automation and analytics tools to monitor engagement and refine strategies.
  • Keep abreast of ABM/ABX trends and adopt innovative methods to improve initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B enterprise demand generation, ABM/ABX, account segmentation, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Proven collaboration with sales, BDR, and RevOps teams to align on KPIs and create joint plans.
  • Proficiency in growth and AI-powered platforms such as 6sense, Marketo, Salesforce, and other ABM/ABX tools, with skills in data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong program/project management, communication, and stakeholder influence capabilities without direct authority.
