Independent full-funnel Creative Strategist for Wild Pastures responsible for generating high-volume performance creative, mapping every concept to landing pages and checkout flows, and driving measurable improvements in paid acquisition efficiency across Meta and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a weekly pipeline of performance creative across hooks, messaging, angles, and formats for continuous testing and scaling
- Map every creative concept to landing pages and conversion flows, briefing the tech team when new funnel assets are required
- Write strategic creative briefs covering scripts, hook variations, visual references, and platform-specific specs for Meta and YouTube
- Produce creator briefs with conversational talking points and natural on-camera direction
- Run independent research using Meta Ad Library, Foreplay, and competitor funnels to surface new ideas without direction
- Analyze creative and funnel performance data to identify winners, detect fatigue, and determine optimization opportunities
- Iterate on winning ads to extend lifecycle and improve ROAS, CPA, MER, and nCAC
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or direct response marketing
- Proven track record developing or influencing high-performing paid social creative
- Full-funnel mindset with working knowledge of landing page and checkout flow impact on conversion
- Strong understanding of Meta and YouTube ads including testing frameworks and performance analysis
- Ability to operate independently, conduct self-directed research, and make strategic decisions with minimal oversight
- Experience translating performance data into clear creative and funnel recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for writing clear briefs and cross-team collaboration
- Bonus: script/ad copy writing, UGC and influencer creative, landing page CRO, work with editors or dev teams, experience with Motion or AI tools
