Achievement Network seeks a Demand Generation Manager to create and manage a scalable pipeline for promoting the Compass Math assessment product to key districts, emphasizing integrated growth initiatives like events, outreach, and content strategies in collaboration with Sales for enhanced conversions and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage multi-channel campaigns including email, paid media, retargeting, and organic nurture to generate qualified inbound leads
  • Grow and engage email lists via segmentation, content activation, and landing page optimization
  • Partner with content, insights, and events teams to launch new assets like white papers, webinars, and Compass materials
  • Design and maintain automated nurture journeys and retargeting campaigns to advance leads to MQL and SQL stages
  • Monitor lead quality, refine MQL definitions, scoring, and routing in alignment with Sales using data and feedback
  • Manage HubSpot for workflows, routing, and campaign setup; build funnel dashboards for performance tracking
  • Develop and own test-and-learn plans across messaging, creative, channels, and segments to optimize conversions
  • Design and execute integrated demand plays such as events, webinars, content campaigns, and targeted outreach for priority districts
  • Partner with Sales for effective follow-up on leads and event participants; design clear lead progression paths
  • Run experiments on plays to identify effective engagement drivers and scale successful tactics across teams
  • Ensure HubSpot supports campaign execution, lead routing, and shared visibility between Marketing and Sales

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign-based roles with end-to-end program ownership
  • Proven expertise in designing and running multi-channel demand efforts (email, content, events, paid, outbound) that build pipeline
  • Strong communication skills for concise writing and precise interactions with internal and external audiences, connecting work to goals using data
  • Analytical abilities with dashboards and performance data to optimize campaigns, identify patterns, and implement changes
  • Effective planning and prioritization in fast-paced settings, managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and overcoming obstacles
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot for setup, segmentation, and reporting
  • Preferred: Experience in K-12 education, edtech, or district sales; familiarity with paid media (LinkedIn, Google Ads); lead scoring and account-based tactics; cross-functional work with Sales Ops
