Lead ideation, testing, and optimization of high-performing paid ad creative for the Growth Marketing team, turning performance data into winning concepts, hooks, messaging, and formats that improve ROAS, nCAC, MER, and CPA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-volume, performance-driven creative concepts across hooks, messaging, angles, and formats for ongoing testing and growth.
  • Build and manage a structured creative testing roadmap prioritizing new ideas and scalable experiments.
  • Analyze creative performance to identify winning patterns, detect fatigue, and find optimization opportunities.
  • Translate performance insights into actionable creative strategies that improve efficiency and scale.
  • Iterate on top-performing ads by developing new hooks, formats, and messaging variations.
  • Write strategic creative briefs with scripts, visuals, hook variations, and performance objectives.
  • Create creator briefs with conversational talking points for natural on-camera delivery.
  • Collaborate with Media Buyers to align creative with scaling opportunities and growth priorities.
  • Partner with the Creative Manager and Creative Operations Lead to coordinate strategy and production.
  • Champion continuous experimentation by introducing new ideas, trends, and testing opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, direct response marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven experience developing or influencing high-performing paid social ad creative.
  • Strong understanding of paid social ad platforms including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Experience applying creative testing frameworks to optimize campaign performance.
  • Working knowledge of direct response marketing principles.
  • Experience analyzing marketing performance data and translating insights into creative recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear creative briefs and cross-team collaboration.
  • Working knowledge of creative analytics tools such as Motion (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Bonus: experience writing ad scripts or copy; familiarity with UGC-style creative and influencer formats; experience with video editors or production teams; comfort using AI tools for ideation and briefs.
