We seek a data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to execute multi-channel campaigns, manage digital operations, and support demand-generation initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue within a dynamic SaaS marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize web content and thought leadership pages to increase organic traffic and search visibility
- Manage relationships with the digital agency, oversee daily reporting, and implement website updates to improve conversion rates
- Handle social media channels, coordinate content including the company podcast, and support PR execution
- Plan and execute logistics, promotion, and performance tracking for webinars and industry events
- Develop customer marketing programs, produce the customer newsletter, create customer stories, and manage reviews
- Coordinate inbound and outbound campaigns ensuring alignment across social, content, and sales enablement activities
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years in growth, digital, or integrated marketing, ideally in SaaS
- Demonstrated success planning and executing events and marketing initiatives
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication plus cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, and Google Analytics
- Comfortable adopting new technologies and AI tools to improve results
- Preferred: knowledge of strategic planning software and government-sector marketing experience
