Strategic Growth Marketing Manager tasked with building and optimizing a comprehensive demand generation engine to drive meetings, pipeline, and revenue in a dynamic B2B SaaS company focused on fleet management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders like head of marketing operations to align on strategies, campaign timelines, resources, messaging, and KPIs.
  • Create tailored programs for multi-persona buyer groups including operations, safety, finance, and executives.
  • Convert ideal customer profile insights into targeted messaging, offers, and campaigns throughout the buyer journey.
  • Oversee demand generation team managing programs across channels and customer stages.
  • Formulate and implement demand generation strategies and tactics.
  • Articulate demand creation and capture strategies with aligned goals and project plans supporting company objectives.
  • Monitor and report demand generation metrics such as booked meetings, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue using attribution models.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend future directions and budget allocations.
  • Utilize multi-channel tactics including SEM, SEO, AIO, social media, video, direct mail, gifting, content syndication, and partnerships.
  • Direct account-based marketing strategy for target accounts, covering segmentation, channels, audience actions, sales integration, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct experiments on channels, messaging, offers, and audiences, documenting and applying learnings.
  • Work with Revenue Operations to maintain data quality, attribution accuracy, funnel transparency, and consistent definitions between marketing and sales.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years in demand generation or growth marketing with escalating responsibility and outcome ownership.
  • Proven track record in pipeline achievement, campaign management, analysis, and precise budget control.
  • Deep knowledge of lead vs. demand generation distinctions and success in driving demand creation and capture.
  • Robust project and peer management abilities in a rapid, innovative SaaS setting.
  • Superior communication and change management to inform teams on strategies, goals, and execution.
  • Action-oriented mindset with accountability and readiness to engage directly.
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently in a high-speed environment.
  • Practical experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Pardot.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for developing essential reports.
